Processing Time
All regular orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made or sourced specially for you.
Please note that pre-orders ship within 25–35 days from the date of purchase.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship the entire order once all items are ready—unless otherwise stated.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your pre-order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays & Issues
Plushiestation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
